Please note that during winter hours, our schedule is relaxed:
Times shown are merely suggestions. As long as there is no
conflict with another show, you can usually walk in and request
any show at any time of day.
At 1.00pm
This new (Premiere: Easter 2007) multi-media planetarium show tells how our solar system was created, gives a detailed tour of the planets, major moons, asteroids, and comets, explains why Pluto is no longer considered a planet, then tells how it will all come to an end, about 5 billion years in the future. It contains data from recent space missions as well as a wealth of entertaining information about our cosmic neighbourhood.
At 2.00pm

PREMIERING SPRING 2008! Everything you always wanted to know about Mars, including history,
speculation about life and the very latest findings from our probes and rovers.
At 3.00pm

A lighthearted look at the nuts and bolts of space exploration. Ever wonder just how scientists come up with all the facts? How do we know how hot Mercury is? How do we know what the surface of Saturn's moon, Titan, looks like? This is the story of a small tribe of fearless space explorers who just happen to be robots: NASA and ESA probes that are out there right now, gathering data or have recently returned from going where humans fear to go.
At 4.00pm

This show is tailored for the younger set, ages
4 through 7. It describes how a housecat named Larry stows away
in someone's luggage and goes to live on the moon. It's narrated
by Larry, himself! Along the way, Larry imparts a little scientific
knowledge in an entertaining manner.
